These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and purchases from Decepticomm (ABN 37 045 256 197, located in Melbourne, Victoria) ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. We may update them from time to time; continued use means acceptance of changes.

Our Services and Products
We provide Starlink installation services and sell new IT networking and ISP products (routers, cables, antennas, etc.) via our online store. Some items are fulfilled via dropshipping from third-party suppliers. All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise. We accept [list your payment methods]. Payment is required at checkout for online orders. Installation services may require a deposit.

Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We confirm acceptance by email. For dropshipped items, delivery times may vary. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Title passes upon full payment.

Shipping and Delivery
We use Australia Post for most domestic shipments and authorised foreign couriers for dropshipping items. See our Shipping Policy for details.
