Shipping and Delivery Policy

We ship Australia-wide. International shipping is available on selected items via foreign couriers (subject to restrictions and customs).

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment clearance. Dropshipped items may have longer processing times (we show realistic estimates at checkout). Installation bookings are scheduled separately after confirmation.

Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and location:

  • Domestic shipments: Primarily via Australia Post (Parcel Post, Express Post, etc.).

  • Dropshipped items: Fulfilled by authorised foreign couriers from international suppliers.

Free shipping thresholds (if any): [e.g. over $200 on eligible items]. Express options may be available. Customs duties, taxes, and fees for international/dropshipped orders are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Times (Estimates Only)

  • Australia Post domestic: Metro areas 2–5 business days; Regional/Remote 5–10+ business days.

  • Dropshipped / foreign couriers: 7–21+ business days (varies by supplier; estimates shown at checkout).

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Risk and Title
Goods are at our (or the supplier’s) risk until delivered to the address you provide. You must inspect items on delivery and report any damage immediately. For dropshipped orders, all customer service and returns are handled through Decepticomm.

Failed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the parcel, the carrier may leave a card or return it to the depot. Additional redelivery fees may apply if incorrect address details are provided.

Starlink Installations
Starlink kits and professional installations are coordinated separately. Our installation service does not include Starlink subscription fees or ongoing network performance (governed by Starlink’s own terms).
